Dr Rana Profile
Dr. Rana A.G.K. Pal, founder of Dr. Pal’s Pathology Lab, is a big believer of humanity and mankind and is fully committed to contributing towards it with his extraordinary traits of perfection and dedication towards pathology and laboratory services.
Dr. Pal has earned his MBBS leading to MD Pathology degree from Govt. College Amritsar with merits, in the year 2001. He was always a fond learner, courteous, responsible, and diligent during his studies.
Almost 22 years working with various prestigious hospitals and laboratory brands, Dr. Pal has accumulated innumerable skills of lab handling and working within the norms of NABL and NABH. He has long-term experience of working as an infection control officer in prominent hospitals as well. He has been on the panel as technical advisor of various hospitals and laboratories and assisted them in achieving their goals of accreditation and continual quality improvement.
Dr. Pal delivers regular lectures to medical graduates, technicians and nursing staff of hospitals to teach them and orient them to NABH / NABL standards and latest guidelines and technological advances in pathology and laboratory services.
As a teacher, he is always admired as very supportive, a motivator, and a listener, and has been awarded for his services in the teaching field.

I am Puneet Dutta, Director of Dr Pal Path Labs Pvt. Ltd., and I look after the overall business management and strategic development of the company. With more than 15 years of diversified experience in planning, sales operations, marketing and business development, I have worked across technology driven solutions and healthcare services.
At Dr. Pal Path Labs, I am responsible for business planning, operations, purchase and procurement, staff recruitment and team management, business development and expansion initiatives. My focus is to build efficient systems, adopt new technologies and ensure high-quality diagnostic services to support better healthcare for our community.
Before joining Dr. Pal Path Labs, I worked with Busysoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. (2015 – 2024) as Territory Manager – North, handling Punjab, Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir. I managed the sales and end-to-end implementation of LIMS ERP solutions across the entire North India region, driving digital transformation in pathology and diagnostic operations.
During this tenure, I spearheaded several corporate projects, including Vijaya Diagnostics (Hyderabad) and Pathkind Diagnostics (New Delhi), where I led successful ERP deployments that streamlined workflows, enhanced operational efficiency and ensured scalability and compliance. I oversaw regional sales strategy, client engagement and project execution, ensuring smooth adoption of ERP solutions by diverse healthcare organizations.
My experience has given me a strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, with a deep focus on technology, process improvement and customer satisfaction. At Dr. Pal Path Labs, I continue to work towards the vision of making quality and reliable diagnostic services accessible to everyone through innovation, teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
