How does home sample collection work?
Choose your tests and a time slot. A trained phlebotomist visits your address, collects the sample and brings it to the lab. Your report is available online once it is ready.
How long do reports take?
Most routine tests are reported the same day or within 24 hours. The time for each test is shown on its page. Special tests can take longer.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, like lipid profile and fasting sugar, need 8-12 hours of fasting. The fasting instruction is shown on each test and package page. Water is usually fine.
How do I download my report?
Open the Reports page, enter your mobile number and verify the OTP. You will see reports for bookings made with that number.
Can I upload a doctor prescription instead of picking tests?
Yes. Use Upload Prescription. Our team reads it, calls you and helps book the right tests.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Call or message us before the sample is collected and we will change or cancel the booking.
How do I pay?
You can pay at the time of sample collection. Ask our team about other payment options.
